        Tom-Just a quick note regarding today's service of my 14kw Generac. Dakota arrived promptly and his demeanor was professional at all times. He explained what was needed atter complete analysis of the Generac; answered all my questions clearly; was very courteous; respectful of corresponding personal property: and wore a mask when in the house to check proper functioning of serviced Generac, ATS and associated base electric panels. You may be assured that I am now a "regular" customer and will recommend Lou's Electric of Amsterdam whenever the opportunity arises.
