I’ve been taking my dog here for 10 years they always make him look amazing and give him treats so he comes back happy.

I used this place years ago and was always satisfied. I don't know what happened but I took my dog in at 8 in the morning never got her back until 6 that night. 10 hours for a hair cut come on. The excuse was people thought they had appointments that day and didn't so they worked them in etc. etc. Well what about my dog that had the appointment she should have been the first one cut not the last. When I went and got her she was the only one left in the place NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I took my bishon maltese there to get groomed. When I get him back he had less hair on him then he was born with. It was also a very patchy job, the length of hair on his body uneven. I think that this experience would have been better if the groomer verified that they were on the same page as I was when I left my dog with them. I hope that this problem does not continue.
