        Very friendly, encouraging, thorough and patient; addresses all questions and concerns before leaving the room. I enjoy the music flowing throughout the office. A family member was injured on duty while I was in the office, the staff showed empathy. Carla didn't hesitate to offer prayer and encouragement.
