Mario from Circle N Service was wonderful: he stayed the course in getting my less than two year old quad door Whirlpool refrigerator repaired . He was very courteous, professional, and the repair bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I was blessed by same day service, especially in light of the distinct possibility of food spoilage had I been unable to receive immediate help. 🙌🏻

The lady answering the phone is rude and unhelpful. The lady did not believe my address was within their service radius even after I explained it was in Washburn, which is in their service radius. I told her if she typed it into the computer it would come up in Claude, and to my complete unsurprise, it did! She refused to take the call. As if I was trying to trick them into taking a call in Claude!

Very pleasant recent experience with warranty repair to microwave. Work started and completed faster than promised with functionality restored. Perfect!

Bought a new dishwasher from them and 10 months later it quit. It took 6 days to come look at it and order warranty parts. One week later no parts yet, plus they said it would be close to a week after they get the parts in to come and fix it. They talked about their service and how they would take care of us if we bought from them. If this is how they take care of their customers I just have to say no thanks and go to a big box store next time.
