Amarillo Urgent Care LLC

Took my husband in due to severe lower back pain. Within a few minutes of checking in they had him back in an exam room. We seen the nurse practitioner within minutes of the intake. After she listened to his complaints she order a urinary test and xray of his kidneys to check for stones. Shortly after she was back in with the results. Wrote Rx for antibiotics and pain. We were in and out in just over an hour. The staff was professional from the check in desk to the nurse practitioner to the dismissal desk. The cost was within reason for the test that were performed. We will be back if we ever need medical treatment again.

The wait was pretty long but overall the experience was very welcoming and the staff were extremely caring.

I love Amarillo Urgent Care! Dr Khan and his staff are always so kind and caring. I get in and out within an hour. They are very professional. Would highly recommend Amarillo Urgent Care.

Don't go there after 7:00 staff is rude, very unprofessional, will turn you down and make up excuses. We have excellent insurance. I guess theyshut down at 7:15 long story short we have to wait and go to express care.

Very friendly staff and I was in and out in about an hour. Waiting rooms are nicely equipped with TVs- makes the wait much easier! We took our sick 2-year-old there and the doctor was amazing at caring for him.

Great experience! The staff is always friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. Most likely will return.

Go anywhere else! I'd only go here if I didn't have insurance, because this place is cheap as far as urgent care goes ($60 + 75% of tests/procedures for private pay), though clearly you get what you pay for.



I went in on January 1st, and they said I hadn't met my deductible yet (not surprising as it was the first day of the new year). Because of this, I'd need to pay $120 (double the expense of private pay/no insurance) plus 75% of tests/procedures. They said this was policy, though couldn't actually show me a copy of this policy when I asked for it. It felt like a scam, especially because they couldn't give me any copy of anything that would guarantee my money back after they filed with my insurance and found I owed much less than $120.



Also, they didn't tell me this until I'd waited for an hour.



So I went to BSA Urgent Care on 45th and Bell and was seen within the hour, after paying my usual copay of $25. Also, BSA Urgent Care had working wifi and heat!

Service was awful. Took 3 hours to get in.

Love this place!!! The providers have all been available when I needed them and are up to date on the recent changes in healthcare.

They are very rude nurse practitioners/doctors what ever they are but they do not care about the patients and are very unprofessional! They need to get new people in there that care.

This facility is extremely unprofessional. They mixed up my grand-daughter with another child. They gave treatment to the other child with our chart and did not realized it until we pointed it out after they left. Their excuse was we see 70 people a day. My daughter left without her daughter being treated. The FNP was rude as well as all staff members.

Don't know how this place has such a high rating unless it's for front office. Once in exam room both the nurse & PA were abrupt & in speed mode. Had to hunt down PA when ushered out for a diagnosis! My son was really

sick & did not get good care here.
