I don't know who this James guy is but I have been doing business with Pro1 for a while and have never had any problems. They have excellent service and great attention to detail. What's really comical is that on my car they even fixed some problems that were left behind from another shop that worked on my car without me even asking them to. I would rate them 5 stars all they way. This is a custom shop and sometimes builds take a little longer than expected and JD is the owner not a tech so of course he is going to be on his phone talking to customers. That's all.
