Please be very cautious with http://custom-tiles.com/ Dependable Printing and Imaging! Demand specific costs UP FRONT. After assuring us there would not be additional charges since I was doing the editing - Mitch Bernard added them on at the end WITHOUT our prior approval. When we did not approve these extra charges – he withheld our pre-paid monies. I would NOT recommend this merchant based on these business practices. It was a very bad experience for us.
