BOB Douglas is a licensed community association manager and currently manages an 829 unit country club & golf course HOA community. HE has WON several awards and was elected to the community managers "hall of fame" in 2014. BOB Douglas is a very successful property manager. But HE would of never achieved HIS success without the help of quality vendors that HE screened & hand picked. Managing a community in a rural area is sometimes very hard to find quality vendors and even harder to keep THEM. DURING the years HE noticed that other property managers and residents were always asking HIM for vendor referrals. That is when HE decided to create this WEB site SO HE could list quality. Reliable vendors that HE uses personally and to make it very easy to send others to the WEB site SO they could USE them TOO. BOB Douglas has been in the property management business since 1995. When HE purchased HIS 1ST vacation rental properties. HE then created a vacation rental business and managed over 65 luxury Beach front. Intracoastal & golf properties on the east COST. PRIOR to that HE owned HIS OWN internet marketing Company and worked AS a quality engineer for an aerospace Company. ALL HIS prior experience has enabled HIM to become ONE of the TOP community association managers in the state of Florida.
