Been a customer for two years. Before this I tried a couple of other hair replacement businesses in the Orlando area and was very disappointed in the results: too pricey, rarely on time, not private, not sensitive to my opinions, and the hair never looked natural. Always made me a little nervous to wear in public. Then I visited Jackie and she was the total opposite—professional in every way. And the hair replacement looks so real that when I look in the mirror I absolutely cannot tell the difference. And it’s always very private, not sharing a waiting room full of other clients like in the other places I tried before PHLC. Recommend 100%.

I have been a customer of amazing Jackie Patrick and her PHLC non-surgical hair replacement service for seventeen years. I have never written a review for anyone but after seventeen years of perfect service in a very personal and private concern I feel compelled to share with others how special her service is and thank her for making my life more comfortable. Unfortunately, I lost all of my hair at a very early age, didn’t like the look on my hairless head, and tried several hair replacement systems. All, to some degree or other, looked exactly like what they were—not my real hair. Felt uncomfortable, a little embarrassed, socially withdrawn. Then someone told me about Jackie and convinced me to give her a call. She has been nothing short of a miracle worker. She created the Shelton hair replacement system that is truly revolutionary and took hair replacements to an unequalled level of perfection. I am a very active business person and meet many people in business and social settings. I don’t believe that anyone who has met me in the past seventeen years has ever thought I was using a hair replacement system unless I told them. I have had many people complement my hair often telling me that I am lucky to have such great hair. And Jackie is not only a genius with hair but her salon is so professionally appointed, by Jackie I might add, that you feel immediately comfortable and that this is just the right place. And Jackie is a delight: so knowledgeable, so sensitive to the personal nature of client’s seeking to improve their image, and so willing, even enthusiastic in getting it just right. If I have ever been a little concerned over something as simple as hair too long, too short, etc. Jackie will not rest until I feel 100% satisfied. Seems with Jackie no concern is too small. Finally, Jackie is a beautiful person both inside and out, who maintains her appearance in a professional, charming manner, which not only complements the experience but shows the respect she has for her profession and her customers. Now my visits to Jackie’s PHLC in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is like going to see someone who is part of my family. Incidentally, with that added boost of self confidence thanks to Jackie, I met and married a beautiful woman and we have two beautiful children. There is not a big enough “thank you” that I can offer Jackie. But Jackie thank you, I will always be grateful for the day I first walked into PHLC. Sorry it took me seventeen years to tell you.
