Most recently Southern Electric Company, Inc. completed the electrical installation on two mixed use condominium projects. The large of the two projects was a $34 million dollar post tensioned concrete structure consisting of 162 residential units, 40,000 sf of shell retail space; a 5 level precast parking deck and the restoration of 3 historic structures. Southern Electric Company performed the electrical work on a “DesignAssist” negotiated basis and acted as a vital member of the project team by offering extensive value engineering suggestions to bring the #2.8 million dollar electrical package in on time and under budget.
