Valley View Apartments

This was the worst apartment I ever lived in. I came from NY and even NY apartments are better quality for the money you pay. Apartements are old and dirty and the maintenance people are so nasty and rude.

Don't ever think about moving to these apartment. It seems that they just let any CRIMINAl move in there. I have kids and I was so scared after a few month sof living there, I noticed a lot os crimes going on and criminals walking next to me and my kids. They say they do backgrownd check and credit check all they do is take your money and just rent the apartment to anyone. If you call the office to complaint is always I can't help you with that. Don't ever use theyr Storage place all my furniture got ruined, my kids cribs their dressers it got filled with MOLd and they were new furniture, the washer and dryers are always dirty or broken. When I moved in they gave me a dirty refrigerator that smelled like someone had died and Old carpet from people that had pets.So I didn't move in until 7 days later, they had to get new carpets and a new refrigerator, something that should have been done the month i was waiting to move in.

I am just so glad I was only there for one year and I bought my home, so I don't ever have to deal with places like this one.

Valley View apartments... where should I start.. The only nice thing about these apartemns are the new windows.. Other than that.. nothing works, everything is old and disgusting. People are nasty and not polite.. It seems they let everyone and anyone get an apartment.. Some of these people look like criminals and drug addicts..



I have rented from Valley view for about 8 months and thank God I am moving in November to my own place.

Bathroom old and falling apart, maintenance rude, lazy and nasty. Just to let you know I moved in 5 days later than my expected day becuse maintenence was not done, and when I moved I had to wait an extra 2 days becuase carpets were not replaced, and my fridge smelled like someone died in there and had MOLD.. they were expecting me to deal with that.. To me that is standard in an apartment and I refused to keep old, stained carpet and a refrigerator with mold.

Also, they let tenants skome in their apartments, so people like me that do not smoke and can not stand the smell of cigarrett have to suffer..

OK.. I know I have not completley let it all out.. but please consider otherpaces when getting an apartment.
