The problem is their schedule and they do not have a rotating schedule to commentate's parents who have other children other needs sicknesses they refused to keep my son on The schedule due to my other son nine-month-old baby . Who had a 105.6 fever and was rushed to ER. Shame on then only caring about money and not patient's well-being's and their families as well

Both of my kids have received care at C.I.C.S. for 8 months. At first we thought it was a great place, but we were fooled! This is a place that tries to sell you on the fact that they are a one stop shop. They can do evaluations, OT, speech, feeding, PT and medication services plus more. At first things looked great, but as more time went by, we began to notice the extremely large turnover rate with staff, rude staff, therapists and the director of the center making goals for our kids and never following through with them. As time went on, I noticed that my kids did not make any progress while attending CICS. at one point during the 8 months, my children became ill and had to miss a few appointments (I had a doctors note upon return) but the director did not care to see it. Instead I drove 45 minutes to the appointment, walked to the girl at the front desk and was informed that the director let the therapist leave for the day and that we were not to return to the center for a month (this was when the director had time to meet with me) I tried to give the doctors letters to her. She refused them. A therapist that my child had, always complained that my child would not listen or do what she wanted and never saw the good in my child. The staff sends bills with the wrong child's first and last name on them, creating issues. CICS seems more concerned with making money, then caring for the child. A therapist that worked worked with my child chose to take a job at another place, taking almost a $6000 pay cut just to get into a better environment. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
