This was my first time in this store and I have to say I was NOT impressed with the customer service. I was told there were a few customers infront of me and I would be helped shortly. There was only ONE lady with ONE bin of clothes to sell infront of me. There were a few customers viewing the store. After wandering around the store for 15min I came back to the front desk where the two customer service ladies and one gentleman were standing there talking to eachother while the other customer was STILL waiting to be helped. They finally continued working and kept pausing to gossip about other things. The gentleman left and the two customer service girls both began to work with the same lady with the one bin of clothes. Finally, another 15 minutes later, they finished with the customer infront of me. I was brought to the counter and told that one article of clothing smelled like smoke. I understand this cannot be taken but I inquired about the rest of the clothing and was told that they weren't checked. I asked WHY it took them so long to bring this to my attention and they claimed to be busy with other customers. I confronted them about their gossiping and told them that it doesn't take TWO of them to help ONE customer. They said that is their policy. I think this is a horrible business practice that should not be condoned! I even told the lady that it wasn't productive for both of them to help one customer. Her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way". I will NEVER return to this store!

Not a bad place to buy if they have something you want but I do not recommend selling anything there. If you are lucky enough to have something they are willing to buy(not likely) you can expect 30% of one half of its retail price. I had a written agreement to sell a battery operated 4 wheeler once the battery was charged. I took it home and charged it but when I returned they did not want it anymore. Not really an ethical way to do business.
