We went with this company because our home warranty required it. I regret letting them do anything other than carry in the new furnace. They constantly treated us like we were too poor and they needed to save us money. They did bad work. We have now noticed many mistakes that they made. There is a leak in the newly installed condensation pipe and a whole in the newly installed duct work. A pipe in the furnace was improperly sealed. They told us that we shouldn't get a filter because it "costs too much money." We NEVER stated that we weren't willing to pay to have things done right or asked them to save us money. They cut a hole in the top of the duct for us to place an irregularly sized filter. They left sharp edges that cut us and the filter when we tried to install it. They never installed the pipe that feeds air to the furnace.
In addition to everything else they were rude to us on the return visit, acted like they were doing us a favor by doing what they already said they would do!

This company was dispatched for a furnace emergency. We ultimately got a new furnace but, months later, are still discovering significant problems with that install. Leaking of water (we just discovered condensation trap was never installed) is just the latest. We're having someone else do the work from now on.

This terrible company was disbatched to repair our heat pump. They never diagnosed the issue and just threw parts at the unit to falsly charge our warranty company. Once the installed the incompetent worker wired the incorrect voltage and blew the new parts. Now they refuse to take any call, they won't return calls and are running away from us and the home warranty company . BEWARE I've heard terrible things from many customers
