Simms Services

Would highly recommend getting your equipment fixed with Simms services. They came to my house and fixed my lawn mower and snow blower the very next day. You also can't beat their prices! Go any where else and they'll charge you double if not triple! If I ever have any problems with my equipment again I know exactly who to call. 5 stars for Simms services !

Would never recommend. Got services off craigslist. Bill came out to work on my mower. Charged $95 to fix my mower. Had issues restarting it after he "did" his work got it to run for a couple passes in the grass and said he was done and that it might run better with his gas because it was special because of an additive. After I paid and he left he handed me a receipt which indicates a 14 day warranty. I use the mower for 10 minutes after he leaves and it cuts out and won't start. I call him and let him know once I add new gas from a new gas can and it doesn't start. He didn't return my call for a week. Then says I have to order a metal carburetor. It would be around $35. Also that because he's far away (Alexandria) I should pay for his gas to do his in warranty work. few more run around and him becoming belligerent on the phone, this one's going to court.
