        I traveled to Washington with the extended family for the week. I travel extensively for work and regularly rent vehicles but this was my first experience renting from Rent-A Wreck.

        While looking on a price compare website for a good deal on a van rental, I came across Rent-A-Wreck. The price was very appealing but I have dealt with other discount rental agencies and the difficult rental processes and poor customer service kept me from repeating my business.

        I was skeptical but I called the local agency and spoke to Mr. Maker. He was very professional and polite and I decided to rent the van. From the moment we were picked up from the airport until we were dropped off, we were treated with professional courtesy. The van was clean and in good order, the price was very competitive, customer service was excellent, and the process was very easy.

        If all Rent-A Wrecks function like the one in Alexandria, VA, I will be a repeat customer. I want to personally thank Mr. Nash Maker and his team for providing a positive rental experience.
