        In a stressful situation the owner called me to rectify the situation and reschedule my appointment for the same day! Upon arrival, nervous, I was greeted with a hug and experienced the most relaxing, tranquil experience I have at any spa from beginning to end. The atmosphere, customer service and pampering package couldn’t have been any better ! Thank you for the second chance :)
