They offer group classes and private instruction in International Latin, International Standard, American Rhythm, American Smooth, Argentine Tango, Hustle (Disco), Swing, Salsa, Night Club Dances, and many more! Their professional dance instructors teach proper style, technique, and execution of each dance and prepare students for social dancing, special occasions, performance, and competition! Every Saturday night they have a Dance Party which includes a 1 hr beginner ballroom dance lesson. Ballroom dancing is a great way to boost confidence; develop social poise and grace; increase strength, flexibility, and endurance; maximize your repertoire; and get great physical exercise!
