After my husband and I sold our home very quickly, we leased a home from this company until we found our new home. We lived in the rental property for over 2 years and became very well aquatinted with the unprofessional and rude staff. Every time we called requesting maintenance, it was delayed and then when it was done, the quality of work was very poor. An example: our mailbox was damaged as we lived off the highway. We called for it to be repaired. After going almost a week without mail delivery, it was finally repaired with indoor shelf racks. Indoor shelf racks! The roof was reported to be leaking and no repair was ever done. When our hot water heater went out, it took a week for it to be replaced. When we left the property we cleaned it better than it was before we moved in and still, the staff sent pictures of pre existing stains along with the deposit check. (All we really cared about was getting the money back but since they were so petty about it, I figured it was worth the mention.) I would NOT recommend this company to a friend.
