Just saw Brianne for my 1st Swedish massage. (A gift from my dear friend Danica) Amazing!! May have been my 1st, but will definitely not be my last! She was very sweet! I tend to be a little tender, but she was gentle & firm all at the same time. I feel great! Thanks Brianne! Thanks Danica! Plan on trying a lot more of their services. Great way to start a Saturday!!!

I will never go to this place again! It was my 1st & last... I went on Sunday evening, got there at 7:30pm, was seen not long after by Nurse Practioner Brent. He told me that he is pretty sure I have the flu & he could do a flu test but it's been more than 48 hours since symptoms appeared and couldn't give me anything even if test positive. So he said he was going to treat my symptoms & give me ZPac & cough medicine. I ask for steroid shot & he refused telling me it wouldn't help what I have??? So here it is Tues now, I'm on the 3rd day of ZPac & I feel a little better but still scratchy throat, coughing & no energy -- still not able to go to work either. Today my husband woke up not feeling good too with same symptoms, he went to Care Now in LW & they gave him same ZPac, same cough syrup & steriod shot! I called Tricities & ask if I could come back to get steriod shot & only pay for shot and not the Ofc visit. I was initially told no, so I ask for Ofc Mgr, I spoke with Louise & she initially said no & that I would have to pay for visit too. I explained to her that is stupid, I should feel better already & not fair to me. I then ask for her manager, she told me to hold on, came back to phone & said she talked to the Director & he said come in and he would give me the steriod shot. So I went in, was taken to room, sat there about 20 mints then a Dr (forgot his name) & another employee of the clinic came in, he sat down and said he wanted me to tell him my story of what happen on Sunday. I told him, then he said that he did not appreciate me calling his employee stupid??? I ask what he was talking about & he said that Louise (Supposedly Office Manager) told him that I called the Nurse Practioner stupid??? I advised him that I told her the situation was stupid & that I should feel better already! I thought that was inmature & unprofessional to even say anything like that, that is a business that serves the public, you should be professional at all times!!! I will never again go to this urgent care center, I would drive to LW or Weatherford!!!

As far back as 2012 I have had issue with the billing at Tri Cities Urgent Care. When I went in, they said they "were having problems at their end with getting their billing straight and would bill me." Nothing came from them. I received a notice half a year later that my "critically past due balance" had gone to collections. I called them immediately and was told that "their collections agency was acting too aggressively and they would call and take care of it." This happened again. The third time I went in, I insisted on paying in the office. I now have four collections on a previously tier 1 credit rating due to their irresponsible billing practices. WhenI speak with their office, they inform me that "they don't ever even see the billing and don't know what's going on." It took three days of me calling five times a days before they could even locate my visits. I cannot recommend this practice. The billing practices have been shuffled off on another company and there is no notice of such in the office, no follow through on the part of the staff, and the final charge took three weeks to get through to my insurance after I had moved from that job, costing me over $600.00 for one office visit.

I went when I broke my ankle and they were so great. There was no wait and the nurses and the doctor got me fixed up with crutches and even showed me my X-rays in the exam room. They scheduled all my follow ups and it cost me a doctors office copay instead of what an ER visit copay would be! Just saved myself $475 and got helped quicker with probably better service! Not happy that my ankle is broken and my wrist is sprained, but if there's a bright spot to all of this it's definitely TriCities!

Unless you have a sucking chest wound and are seconds from meeting your end...do not go here. I broke my leg and arrived right before closing which upset one of the nurses--I am sorry I couldn't schedule my injury earlier. I was charged $154 for a syringe ....not not the medicine, that was $40...the $154 was for the syringe on top of $300 for walking in the door and $75 for an Ace bandage.

The hours and location are very convient for my family. We have had good experinces and rarely see our primary care physician anymore.

Totally impressed..the emergency clinic is great- we have used it for the flu and for stitches. The doctors are professional and caring. The front desk staff is compassionate and quick. I also love the med spa. The massage lady is terrific and the other services are awesome. This is my first choice for emergency medical care.

Front desk people had zero personality. Borderline rude. I checked in online, and still had a long, long wait. Dr and assistants were very nice. But I don't think it should take over 3 hours to get a steroid shot. This place is good in a bind, I guess.

This is a very nice facility and the staff is very friendly and professional. I was in and out without any problem. The check in online form is a great idea and it speeds the process up, when you arrive your paper work is ready. I am glad that I drove to this nice clinic. Thank-you to everyone again.

I am totally impressed with all the Doctors I have visited with! The ease of an appointment is amazing! Upon arrival I am seen right away..none of that waiting in the guest area for over an hour! And, when I am seen by the Doctor he is NOT in a hurry! They take their time and listen to your concerns! I have been there on many occassions and I am so happy with my care that I have made this clinic my primary place for my medical needs.
