The women that is there did not do a good job on my husband and she left some in his mouth that she try to pull out and couldn't and they didn't want to give any antibiotic or pain meds after pulling 7 to 10 and his denture they did don't fit in his mouth

I was very happy. Thorough. I was worried because "if a deal seems to good to be true"....Their prices were very good and honored the advertised special with no "fine print" They are my dentist permanent now.

NEVER EVER Under any circumstances use this business. They ran several tests that were above and beyond what my insurance pays for. They did not ask, or inform me of what they were doing and how much I could expect to be charged out of pocket. When I asked questions about why they did the things they did, they LIED numerous times. They never took responsibility for any mistakes they made, they blamed everything on everyone but themselves. This business will SCREW you out of your hard earned money and not bat an eye lash about it. They sent me a bill for the fraudulent charges, that had a due date of a month down the road. As I was working on getting the uneraned charges taken care of....they turned me over to a collections agency three weeks before the due date! I would not take my DOG to Dental Works in Alcoa!

The People at this business are unprofessional and rude (Mary Ann in particular). They are very expensive, they do NOT check with your insurance before performing services so please expect some surprise bills. My suggestion is to find a reputable Dentist, there are plenty of good ones out there.
