Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

        Overall

        Incredibly rude, nasty and unhelpful. They were listed as a VSP Provider, but would not work with any VSP rates or copays. They also became incredibly irate and threatened to cancel my appointment when I asked if they could call VSP to confirm my insurance information and costs. Their "special" eye exam is $194 and not able to be covered by insurance, because it's "special." Definitely a deceptive money-grab. Don't waste your time.

        DON'T SAY YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE IF YOU ARE A CASH BUSINESS. BE HONEST IF YOU ARE AN EXPENSIVE BOUTIQUE SERVICE THAT DOESN'T WANT TO WORK WITH INSURANCE PROVIDERS AND BUDGETS.
