Elevation Yoga and Wellness Center (est. December 2014) and Elevation 2 (est. May 2016) was formed by Payton Prince-Henderson, Christie Prince and Grant Henderson to be a home for everyone to feel comfortable maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Elevation Yoga and Wellness Center is Albuquerque's state of the art infrared hot yoga sanctuary. Elevation 2 offers room temperature yoga classes in a beautiful, serene setting. Offering a variety of classes from Yin Yoga, Breathe, Warm to Hot Yoga, Room Temp Yoga....just to name a few of the classes that our studio offers. Classes are accompanied by fitting music and hands on adjustments as needed for the benefit of our students. See our yoga class schedule here. Workshops will be held monthly in a variety of subjects to further knowledge and improve one's health. We pride ourselves on having an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff to help with many of your fitness and alternative health needs. Elevation also does more. We have a wellness center that offers kinesiology sessions, FIT body wrap treatments, bio-mat treatments, foot detoxes, reiki, angelic healing, and energy healing.
