Culligan Water Conditioning

I'm renting a water softener from this place and they have such a friendly group of people working for them. I chose to go with Culligan after reading some of the good reviews online about this company and I found out that they have been in business since 1986 founded by Bill Dawson according to this site http://watercustomers.com/companies/culligan-of-albuquerque-new-mexico/ . I'm glad I decided to rent with Culligan and not try to order one offline myself.

So had southwest water conditioning come out and install a canister exchange system for our house 2 years ago. So far their service is sporadic at best. They are supposed to exchange the resin canisters every other week. The might do it then, or might go a 3-4 week cycle, depends on what the driver wants to do. I keep track over every canister installed. Have complained to manager and was basically told I am wrong. Their list of canisters installed doesn't match mine (installed canister is usually 1 exchange off). Unfortunately they are the only water softener business in town so are sultuck with their lousy service and non-support....... But they do send the bills on time and on schedule.
