By far this place is the worst place I have every lived at. Since JPM Real Estate and the onsite property manager have taken over its like being held hostage in your own home. I would even rate this property at a 0. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done and it still doesnt get done. the onsite manager is rude and not a people person at all and JPM tells its tenants to deal with it. I have turned in several maintance requests that are completly ignored. I have called JPM several time and they have not once returned my calls. The onsite manager micrmanages everything for example you can not back your car into a parking space, you cannot smoke out front yet some people do not have a back patio and the manager says " you cannot bend the rule for one person" thats bending the rule in my opinion you cannot have decortive stickers in the windows (such as holliday items) very strict limitation on the fire works that could be used on the 4th of July nothing with noise no fountains over 3ft ground blooms and similar were ok cannot put items other than patio furniture or a bbq so things like a bycicle or a kids swimming pool are not allowed. All they want is my money and they dont care about their tenants what so ever. every chance I get I steer people away from these apartment and JPM. They know that most people live pay check to pay check and cannot afford to move so they have them right where they want them. If you dont want to become a prisoner in your own home that you work so hard to pay for STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MAGNOLIA COURT APPARTMENTS AND JMP REAL ESTATE.
