Zagg

Never, ever go to the Zagg kiosk in crossgates mall. I love Zagg and their products but never go to the kiosk. I went with a cracked invisasheild in hopes of getting a replacement, like the warranty promises. The rude employee told us he had no more of the shilds for the iPhone 6. Disappointed, I went back to my car and on a whim called the Zagg kiosk and the same worker told me he had 3 of the shields for the iPhone 6. We went back into the kiosk and the rude worker still refused to replace my product. A lady approached as I was there and he procedded to sell her a sheild for her iPhone 6. The worker was very rude and his service did an injustice to the Zagg company.
