Yellow Cab

Dispatcher was rude. Driver seemed high on drugs driving like a lunatic sweating profusely and it was cold. Communication over radio was extremely unprofessional. Driver asked for my personal number and seemed agitated when i denied my number. He said his name was Cuba. the whole experience was creepy would definitely not recommend this service.

Extremely rude people. Driver/dispatcher very rude. Shocked this company is still in business with this type of people. Would never recommend this cab service. Driver charged us three times the usual (the cab had no meter). The dispatcher was equally rude and hung up the phone. Pathetic.

This cab company overcharged my daughter $40 on a trip from Albany Airport to Bard College. When I complained, they claimed it was my daughter who paid more than the standard rate they had quoted "because she wanted to!". If I had more time, I'd file a complaint with the City of Albany, but I wouldn't use them if I were you.
