Mann Dental Care

This was my first visit at this dental facility, and I must say that I was very impressed. The front desk staff was very cordial and professional. The chair side team was knowledgeable and thorough, and they made me feel very comfortable. The Dentist had impeccable bed side manner, and he knew exactly what procedures I needed to have done in order for my dental health to continue to thrive. The atmosphere was very bright and inviting. The equipment appeared to be state of the art and was very clean. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and conducive to its purpose. I trust them with my current and future dental care needs. Mann Dental Care is one of Albany's finest. You can't go wrong with this team!

We have gone to this dentist for over 3 years. During this time the office has gone downhill! Work done in October & November of 2017 paid my estimated out of pocket over $300, I have delta dental insurance. I did not receive a bill for $256.55 until March of 2018. I called in and they said that the insurance had reduced the payment. I called Delta Dental directly and they stated the payment had not changed from the original Nov 30, 2017 payment they issued. I questioned why I had not been billed since November as my insurance company paid Nov 30, 2017. I was given multiple excuses of each of the office staff and hygienists blaming each other. Dr. Mann and Sonja said they were resubmitting it to my insurance company to get the correct payment. No call or billing for over another month. I called in today 4/23/18 and Sonja said that the $256.55 is still owing. Don't believe what your told. I hear there are better dentist offices in town that wont pull a game on your out of pocket expenses and over charge you.

Awesome experience. Would highly recommend going. Staff is friendly and know how to get things done while making you feel at home. Best dentist in Albany.

They provide my family with the most awesome dental care! Everyone who works there is super pleasant to be around. They are really great with my young daughter too and the facility rocks:)! I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
