I had a horrible roach problem in the home I recently purchased. I called Adams because they are a local company and I had seen their advertisements on television. The technician that showed up was extremely professional and was very thorough in dealing with my problem. The cost were also much less than my previous pest control guy in Macon. All in all I am very pleased with Adams and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

We had to have our home treated for termites and chose Adams because of their reputation. When they came out to install the Sentricon system our black lab was not happy about having a stranger in his backyard. When he started barking the technician went to his truck and brought him a couple of dog biscuits to appease him. Two months later, our dog dug up a three of the stations. I called the office and they said it was not a problem and a technician was out the next day to reinstall them at no charge. My wife and I have been very impressed with Adams and recently moved our pest control service to them.

Highly unsatisfied with the quality of job done. I paid what they charged me. It took this company almost 9 months of coming to my house to fix the issue. I didn't even have roaches. When I called to complain, some guy named David Reid, was rude to me. He was supposedly the supervisor, but I have never had a supervisor say things to me like he did. The technician was very nice. He kept apologizing. He even came by 2 times in a month, on 2 seperate occasions. Not charging me for the second visit. Hopefully if that guy was a supervisor, he won't be around long. Thanks again for nothing. My recommendation would be to try to remedy the problem yourself. OR find another company,
