Valley Moving and Storage

Valley Moving and Storage is the worst moving company on the planet! I had Brad move my mother's belongings from Colorado to Washington State. My mom and I couldn't be at the destination in WA so Brad moved my mom's stuff without us being there. People who saw Brad pull into the apartment complex witnessed Brad and two very young kids literally drop boxes labeled "fragile" ontk the parking lot pavement. Witnesses watched as Brad and the two kids over stack boxes onto a dolly and continued to roll down the ramp as boxes were falling off onto the pavement. When my mom and I finally arrived the next day, we found crushed boxes that had glass/family heirlooms completely broken and destroyed. My mother's furniture was severely scratched. My mother was devastated and cried for weeks. Brad also tried to steal a very large mirror. I finally had to threaten him with a lawsuit before he finally decided to send it back to mom. Brad and his band of idiots should not be in this kind of business, because they DO NOT care about people's personal belongings, especially when the boxes are labled "fragile." I DO NOT recommend this moving company to anyone! If you want your stuff completely destroyed, Valley Moving and Storage will do just that!

Brad was such a great person to have helping me with my move. He did a great job of putting my mind at ease and taking good care to pack my valuables. My last move was such a stressful experience, but Valley Moving & Storage took the stress out of this one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything moved. Thanks again Brad!
