The Woods of Fairlawn

NEVER EVER rent here. We rented from early 2009 through 2011 (almost 3 years) and while they offer great move-in specials they screw you over in the end. Had mold problems, bug problems, and even rodent problems which we ended up having to handle by ourselves due to management's lack of response. We did break the lease (which we actually paid the lease breaking fee, 30 days notice (so a prorated amount), and had to pay back the "deal" we got for re-signing, plus forfeiting our security deposit for a total amount of over 1500.00). However, they also are now trying to get around 500.00 for the miscellaneous cleaning fees which they never described in detail as they are supposed to do per law. And when I disputed the charges they just sent it to an attorney....they will try to get every bit of money out of you that they can. Word of advice, take pictures when you move and when you move out (as I did), keep pictures and records of everything wrong, and every time you contact management....or better yet, DON'T rent here or MOVE out! I tell and will continue to tell people to look elsewhere....this place has gone way downhill!

I have a bug issue coming from inside the walls that managment refuses to fix.... Its been a week still no results... the POOR MANAGMENT doesnt end there... Julie Bean the manager of the Woods of Fairlawn disrespected my wife in numers accations and did not care of my 5week old baby... POOR MANAGMENT.... I am 14days late on my rent she gave me a 3day notice I advised her in 2days the totlat amount due will be paid... 10minutes after giving me the notice I receive a phone call by Julie Bean saying she is refusing any payment for me with no reason... POOR MANAGMENT... My wife went to the office to speak on my behalf after giving the office athurity to speak to my wife and Julie bean called the police on my wife... POOR MANAGMENT... I went to the office to get a writen letter stating why she refused my payment I was refused the letter... POOR MANAGMENT... By law I am intitled to a written reason why my payment is refused.... POOR MANGMENT... All this because julie Bean did not want to fix the problem or is it some thing else...
