This is just another salon with added on stuff. Not a professional spa at all. All of their Spa Packages involve a lunch, but there is no way for them to provide you with one. Until the very last hour of your Spa treatment. Also, they do not provide you flip flops when you get a pedicure, they have you walk on the floor where haircuts are performed and there is hair particles on the floor, even if it is clean, there still is. The evidence is on their welcome mat into the salon, full of hair. Once you get your manicure and pedicure, you have to wait for them to dry, there is no station to get your nails dried. Then if your nails are not done they will have you go get your hair washed without covering you with one of their capes, because they did not wait until your nails are dried. They will push and pull you around. They have a refund policy, but they will only push and pull you around so they don't have to refund your money. The owner will write you a refund check, only then she will stop the transfer of money to take it back out of your account if you cash your check into your bank account. So speaking from experience, cash your check but get money back, or ask for your refund cash only. I guess if you try to be calm with an employee to get your refund they will raise their voice at you while her co-worker is tending to a customer. Yeah very unprofessional salon. The employees may seem nice and sweet, yeah they are getting paid, but when you are not satisfied with something, their true colors come out and end up being rude to you. Even the owner will be rude to you. Word to the wise, talking on the phone does not solve anything, go in person!
