To Whoever might read this that is broke down on the road and doesnt know anyone....I broke down with my Pickup towing a trailer, on my move from TN back to FL..

I broke down at about 730pm on a friday. No one wanted to come help me. I had called Parkway first. They called back in about 5 min. They lady on the phone said she was sending someone right down.

About 5 min later Rick showed up. I could tell he was dressed for a Friday Night! HE dropped everythingto get me over to his shop. Instead of waiting for a Monday, realizing I was from out of Town (and very worried about everything!), he started working on my truck to get me home.

We soon realized it was going to be a major repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price that was better than anything I could find back at home and he began the work.

I had to get back to FL for work the day after, Rick and Christie from Parkway even got me a ride to the airport in Atlanta. They are amazing!




I would refer them to my own kids or family! They are honest, hard-working, and Truly Care about their people!!!

They turned a potentially Life-Threatening Situation into a situation that made me relieved and happy it happenned where it did!!!

I was also able to survey the bodywork that rick does as well. I buy and restore Classic Cars. I am making arrangements for him to do the work on a couple of my cars. I would prefer driving 700 miles to do business with someone I trust, respect, that does a high level of perfection and professionalism than some local body shop!!!!

I would reccommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Rick and Christie for everything that you have done for me!!!
