Rue 21

I love everything but the jeans. They aren't worth crap. Also, the employees are there for socializing. They have no idea what customer service is. I'm not saying they aren't nice, it just seems like every time I go in there they just stand around the counter and talk. The store is always a mess. I guess that's just this chain though, every Rue 21 I've been to has been the same.

I SO SO SO LOVE the clothes, the only problems have been when checking out...... the girls doing it are really dumb so the manager or some body else had to come in. Check out is some times TOO SLOW... 5 stars if they fix this!!!
