They did some plumbing work for me recently through one of their subcontractors. Although they did an excellent job, I was charged over $200 for the first hour of time plus travel time to the job. Their firm is reasonable, but they need to find a reasonably priced plumbing subcontractor. I recommend asking first if they will be using a subcontractor, and if so, how much it will cost before any work is done.

They are a huge help to us. The men all seem willing to work with us and the rest of their customers as well. I really appreciate all their help.
