        ABOUT SWIMMING with sharks was founded in 2004 by noah “shark” Robertson. Drummer from MOTOGRATER (ELEKTRA/NO name) and the Browning (EARACHE/CENTURY MEDIA). COMBINING resources. Knowledge. Industry experience. And an unhealthy obsession with SHARKS…SWIMMING with sharks was born! with an intense passion for music. Swimming with sharks is here to help hard working. Talented artists take the next step in their careers and reach a wider AUDIENCE. SWIMMING with sharks started OUT AS a live. 2 hour radio show on KTRL – the planet. Hosted by shark. The show featured national. Regional. And local HARD/UNDERGROUND/EXTREME music. Eventually. Shark began promoting and managing bands. And booking shows. Tours. And festivals. Under the moniker ‘swimming with sharks ENTERTAINMENT’. SWIMMING with sharks is committed to helping ARTISTS/BANDS reach the next step in their careers by getting their music to the masses and helping them obtain the knowledge. Resources. And tools to succeed. SWS uses unique. Innovative. Creative marketing tactics in order to make waves… swimming with sharks records is an Independent record label launched in July of 2011. The label was launched in Dallas. Texas and specializes primarily in rock and metal. Although NOT exclusively. Swimming with sharks records is always accepting Demos and press kits. And has received submissions from ALL over the world including France. Germany. Italy. NEW Zealand. Australia. Mexico. And more. The label has signed several artists from ALL over the globe to worldwide distribution deals and has steadily built a reputation AS a killer Independent record LABEL. “A heavy appetite for metal music and a healthy obsession with sharks.
