        we ordered a bed set, it took two months to deliver, and on top of it, the dresser and the headboard were all damaged! when I tried to call Macy's, the main line asked me twenty thousand questions before transferring me to the furniture department, and I held the phone forever and nobody answered. My recommendation is that if you don't have to deal with Macy's furniture department, don't do it. I certainly wish I would just only purchase furniture from LazBoy.
