Dunkin'

One star is too much. Connor is a worthless cashier who has less than 1% customer service in his body. I have been ordering a “medium iced French vanilla regular” for my entire life. A confused girl wasn’t getting it through the speaker when I ordered at which point I hear a man screaming “what is it what you want sir? Black? Cream? Sugar? What do you WANT?” I repeated medium iced French vanilla Regular. Connor screams again “we don’t have regular. We have cream and sugar.”

Seriously, when did Dunkins become the hole for people who have no manners, no common sense and no sense of customer service? Dunkins needs to learn how to train their staff before they lose every one of their long term customers.

Employees are always friendly, never mess up on orders. Their sweet tea is better than McDonald's. Food is always hot and fresh.
