Reasonable Mobile Mechanic Service

If i could i would rate Johnny's service -5.Very stressful an bad experience.Johnny his daughter an her boyfriend was supposed to fix the thermostat and campshaft censor.They claime that have 20yrs experience.Well they did not seald the thermostat all the way around water or whatever is flowing bottom of the car cant drive it like this.While they was try to put the campshaft sensor in his daughter boyfriend broked the parts.Johnny and his wife told me that they come back very next day he will buy a new parts but i have to pay the full price for the service $140.I told them there is no way i will pay full price for something that you havent fix.I have payed $100 for the call service and thermostat replacement.They came out next day with a new campshaft sensor he put some kind of foil around it i guess to hold the bolt.i have pictures of it.he fixed my car just like a crackhead would do Unacceptably..Called him back twice to fix the thermostat again.He said they are busy he dnt know when or what time but he will call me when he gets to my house.Havent happend yet!!Beside that the language they have used cause had hard time to work on my car or whatever. Unacceptably.Johnny shouldnt work in this business period RIP OFF PEOPLES and he DONT GET THE JOB DONE!!

Johnny and his wife are scam artist. They promised to fix my son's car and told him it would cost $400.00. My son paid him cash (because he wouldn't take any other form of payment) and the man did not fix his car, would not answer phone calls, was very rude when questioned about what he was doing, and will not return our money...Shut this business down! Do not call!

I would recommend this company to anyone.. I had a great experience with these people. Me and my children were stranded. They came out just as they said they would over the phone. The were very professional and reasonable rates. They even went to parts store for me and picked up my parts since I had no other way to get there. Yes I gave them the money to purchase my parts because it was my responsibly to buy my own parts. But they were kind enough to go pick them up for me. They done their job in a timely manner and the rates were very reasonable. I know they saved me alot of money. Because if I would have had to send to a shop it would have costed a outragous tow bill not to mention the shop told me that it could be 4 to 5 days before they could even look at my car. So to me Reasonable mobile are a God send. Thank you so very much Johnny for all your hard work and for everything you did for me and my children. I have read the reviews before I called but I realize you cannot make everyone happy and still decided to take a chance on them and I myself was very pleased with the services and the prices and the work was awesome... Rocky was actually a pretty good mechanic amd fairly hard worker. Johnny an Robin however seemed to be well useless in the way and would've loved to have left prior to finishing. However they didn't get a penny until they were finished and were told as such upfront. Along with being told to bring every tool on the 1st trip. Rocky i would recommend in a pinch. He however had to do all of the work due to having to redo everything Johnny touched. Robin cursed out someone over the phone while there telling them they did not do a f-ing break job that they only f-ing installed all of the harware. They lied about how much it would cost and changed prices 3 times. If i were just rating Rocky there would be more stars.

I would give 0 stars, but I am not able. Johnny was supposed to help us dump our gas tank when we accidently placed gasoline in our diesel. He ended up bringing a friend, Rocky, who dropped the tank without putting a jack or anything under it. The weight of the tank, snapped the fuel pump. They told us they were going to get a new fuel pump from their shop and replace ours, but they ended up rigging our old one with rubber cement. There was an obvious leak they lied about, and we ended up having to spend $260 on a new part. Now, Johnny won't answer any of our calls because he knows he screwed up and doesnt want to be responsible.

Johnny ,Robin and Rocky are thieves!!! I called them out to simply replace a spark plug in my navigator, They told me on the phone it was 130.00 and guaranteed it to be done that day...told me not to start it til the following day....205.00 later...the plug fell out of the motor before we even got it started! Called them several times....kept giving me the run around,,,,its been a week now and we havent heard from them,,,,,Warning these people will take your money and leave you stranded.

This guy might be a good mechanic if he didn't take your money and leave you carless. We were told that we would need to pay half the cost up front and the rest when the job was finished.... So far it's been 4-5 days on a job that should've been 1.5 days. This mechanic doesn't care about his customers he cares about making money on service calls. He promises to be here working on the project at 12 am every morning and we never hear anything from him.... After allowing a few hours to go by just to be nice we give him calls and receive the most made up excuses I've ever heard. So here we are... With no car... No keys... No parts... No money. I'm so sad that I chose to do business with him :( I could've had a car to get me back in forth to work by now at any other shop. Pay the extra hundred bucks to go somewhere else! Because he will be too busy having major life dilemmas to worry about your problems.
