Just a Coincidence?

I've been to this location a few times, it was nothing to brag about but was close to work so... When I went this time everything was about the same until I got home and there were two puddles in my carport. I looked under the hood and say a puddle on top of the transaxle so I took it back. They looked it over and told me my water pump was bad. I asked why now? He said it just happens at any time and then immediately recommended a "friend" who could take care of it. When I returned home (less than two miles), there were now three leaks in my carport. I called back and asked for the manager, he was at the West Morristown location. I drove to his location and was told the same that it was a coincidence (just bad timing) and that there was no way my water pump suddenly leaking could be their fault. After that I asked to speak with someone about complaining and he said he was the owner. I asked again, thinking maybe it was a franchise; he got very smart and said there was nobody else. It was then that he 'got in my face' and began speaking very loudly about how it was impossible for them to have caused the water pump to leak. I asked (actually demanded) that he get out of my space. I told him again that it was very suspicious that his employee so eagerly recommended his friend. Finally he did apologize for his actions but I still have a broken water pump. Just a coincidence? Maybe?
