The business response is correct: 1. They aren't rude unless you are late on a bill - LOL!!! They are a business and need their revenue to operate. If the customers for your employer didn't pay, your company would go out of business and that's what they are trying to avoid - which I can totally understand. If it were me, I might would not be as frank as they are about their situation, but I would want to make sure that the late party understood that their lateness makes me late with paying for what I need to pay. 2. They do have a dropbox - however Mapquest, Google Maps, etc. is WRONG!! If you lookup 7537 NC Hwy instead of 7536 it leads you to the correct end to where they are located - i.e. across from Country Day Road. I saw that they are trying to get their electronic payments in line and have some information on a website - I'm hoping that the e-payments come soon - even if by Paypal.
