Its awful. Mailman never passes on Saturday like he's supposed to so I always have to wait til the following week especially when I get a package in the mail
My son John Thomas Sanchez changed his mailing address & now my mail under John Sanchez is being forwarded to his. Post Office says the computer only reads the first & last name & doesn't look at the middle name. Trying to get it corrected.... so far NO LUCK
So I send a letter priority mail with tracking to a Marine in Yuma. tracking tells me it is in the box since 25 Jan but it also shows it has been moved between 2 boxes. Marine go's to military side no mail. I tell him it's there, then he gos to civilian side still not there asked both counters for missing letter, don't know were it's at and can't check other boxes so he is then told it was sent back. but I did not recieve and there is no other info in USPS website ,you'd think if it went back another post office would scan when it go's thru there office? Stop paying Taxpayer dollars to this agency and sent FedEx or UPS next time.
This place is a nightmare. Avoid it at all cost. You will leave here sick, disgusted, and angry. Who ever manages this place needs to be fired! I can't believe tax payers fund this garbage dump.
Every time I have had a package delivered by USPS, it's either returned to sender, put in the wrong mailbox, or the tracking info is updated to Delivered but it's actually lost in the system. I've had to ask senders to send me a replacement and weeks later the original package shows up at my door step battered, no explanation. AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! It's always busy. BBB needs to crack down on this awful location.
I have been personally correcting my postal workers daily mistakes for over a year now. I thought the postal carrier might have been new to my route because there were many frequent mix ups between me and my adjacent apartments (neighbor's ) mail. But it has never been corrected. I continue to 're sort mail between me and my two neighbor's. Its getting ridiculous and annoying and it should not rest upon my shoulders to daily put mail into the correct mail boxes.what to do do I wait one day and confront my mail carrier? What number do I call where I can speak to someone who can promptly rectify the situation at Hand....
Don't trust your mail to the multibox units as the postal service will forget to lock the outgoing mail box, and then your monthly bills will go unpaid. You're the best USPS!
