arrived later on July 4th.tired when R.V. host parked us with an easy pull thru (40 ft. rig) and near a dog walk. Then she invited us to the celebration at poolside under the palapa with lots of delicious food and drinks. She told us not to worry about bringing a thing and everyone there was so nice to us. Made us feel good and we really had fun. Bathrooms were clean and I managed to get my laundry done while at the event. My husband & I loved it so much that we'll be seriously thinking about coming and staying longer in the winter season as they say the weather is great ( it was too hot for us in July) . I loved the palm trees and pool and huge jacuzzi and my husband loved that he could golf just up the street and that we were right in town to walk around and shop or eat. Plus he enjoys the nearby casinos. Thanks Desert Holiday, we had fun and will be back

Riverfront RV Park We are staying here in a forty foot Motorhome. We had no problem parking here but not all spots will accommodate us. The roads are asphalt with gravel parking spots. Each site has a concrete pad but no picnic table. It's very quaint here with an old clubhouse on the back and separate laundry building. There is a collection of old trucks here and other neat stuff like old gas pumps. The best attribute is city water and sewer. We all know how bad the well water could be here. The owner is in the front office every day. You pay for your own electric. We would come here again.
Clean bathrooms, and sites as hostess was out early morning sweeping and raking! Too hot to golf in September but we come back with a group of friends and have a blast there. , in December. Restaurants and bars are walking distance along with the groceries and shopping is just up the street for us "ladies" fun management and we love the Jam sessions and some of us sang at Karoeke?lots of laughs . Pool is clean and warm, big jacuzzi for my "big husband... he soaked a lot.
My husband & I stayed here 3 months. People were nice, no internet access, hot tub broken and extremely dusty. Its 12miles out of town making it inconvenient for shopping and errands. The maintenance guy turned out to be abusive as he verbally assaulted my husband the day we were leaving and raised a clenched fist to me when I asked what his issue was. Not recommended if your looking for 5 star resort. This a two star all day long.
Was at Araby Acres a couple of yrs ago. We've come back and have been disappointed . It has been neglected, the state of the washrooms both the front and back require attention. One stall in men's shower cannot be used. The pond stinks and there used to 2 black swans. That was the drawing card for us. The back pool looks tired. Needs a facelift. The front pool with its plants is very appealing.
What a great spot! We stayed on our PA discount but well worth full price. Very nice hosts, friendly neighbors, good size pull throughs and excellent amenities- gym, 2 pools, spa. Beautiful pond with water feature and well maintained grounds made for a lovely morning walk. We will come back when we can stay longer. We travel in a motorhome and paid $29 included tax and $3 resort fee.
As a member of Escapees RV Club, we love this park. It's close to town but far enough away to enjoy the stars at night. The facilities are modern and the residents are friendly. It is also the best value I can find in town. Well worth a long stay on large lots with full hook-ups.
This place is quiet and out of the way close to fishing and shooting range it very clean with laundry and showers. Not a huge RV park but perfect if yo want peace!
