I went in to this dealership to browse the current promotion going on and had no intention of buying anything especially a brand new car. I had a 2012 Nissan Sentra SR and I LOVED it. I also bought this car from this same dealership in Jan. 2013. While speaking with Tai and looking at all the available options I could choose it seemed like there really wasn't anything that screamed "This is you." Tai spent quite a long time with me looking at many different cars in this exhausting heat and he was patient with me and my indecisiveness. In every car he would ask me questions on how I liked it, or noticed my face and said this isn't it, so lets keep looking. We went back to his desk and he started pulling out booklets on the available car I was semi interested in. I asked him if there was anything with a lighter interior because the heat here is horrible. He simply said," Yes, but we do not have any in stock." I decided to go and look at the one car of interest at that time and wanted to do another test drive in it to be sure. Before we headed out we went to their overflow lot and there were a few new Sentras. We happened to come across one with lighter interior. Once I sat in this car, I knew this was it. I loved the way it drove, the better lumbar support (which is very noticeable from my later model), the sleeker, sexier design of the interior and dash, Bluetooth, XM, and the system was significantly better than my last. It has more room in the back which is important for my son who is growing fast, and there are more cup holders. Realistically the functionality of this car is impressive. What I loved most about the experience is simply this... Tai was wonderful. He took care of me without pressuring a sale. He just wanted to find the car for me and that is something you don't find nowadays. He was incredibly patient in that it took a long time to find it and it was the last one we looked at that day. The overall process of buying my car this time was significantly improved in that Tai sat with me while I waited for finance to get me and in while going over necessary information relative to the functions of my new baby. I didn't have that last time and it was really great. Also, finance was super quick... like 15 minutes and I was out!! IMPRESSIVE. When I got out of finance Tai had already had the car pulled out waiting and it was freshly detailed. He went out with me and personally explained every feature that I had and how to use it. At no time did I feel rushed or neglected. I felt like family and this is why I will continue to purchase from this company. Why travel to Phoenix or San Diego when you have quality right here at home! Thank you to each and every person at Sonora Nissan for making this 2nd purchase more memorable than my first!

Ask for Humberto or Tim – Both are amazing salesman. My husband and I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Alexander Toyota in Yuma, and could not be more pleased. We made multiple trips to dealers around town as we looked, and so we worked with two different salesmen while we were shopping at Alexander Toyota. Humberto (Beto) is great guy. You never doubt that he wants to sell you a car, but he is not too pushy. He knew a lot about the vehicles, and if he didn’t have the answers, he went and got them right away. He stayed late one night to go over the vehicle with us, and didn’t utter a single complaint when we left without buying that day. Before he delivered the car to us he helped set up the blue tooth, go over the owner’s manuals, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the car before we left. Tim is the perfect complement to Humberto. He has a calming personality and is a pleasure to just talk to. We felt no pressure from Tim at all, and were sure that he wanted us to get the best possible deal, so could get a car we could afford. He introduced us to the service department, and other people at the dealership, so we would feel comfortable when we come back for our service. He is very polite and it was a pleasure to work with him. Overall our experience at Alexander Toyota was a great one, and we look forward to buying another car from them in the future.
Previously week before i was in the Phoenix metro area checking out cars because the so called hype was cheaper deals in a big city... shopped around for a day spent a tank of gas and struck out. They all wanted high prices and no loyalty to the happiness of a customer. We came back to yuma and stopped at ZAMORA KIA and talked w Gary & Willy about our price range and model and they apologized for our in convince in Phoenix and they took good care of us personally after we told them we loved their inventory or their website. I bought a car here last year around September and I just wanted to comment on the car since that time. In short, I absolutely love driving my new Tundra around and it came with a great warranty on the maintenance aspect. Alexander Toyota is one of the best dealerships in town. I bought an 08 Tundra and was given excellent customer service with a great price. It's all in who you deal with. Ask for the internet guy to get the best pricing and quickest service. They will also match Phx or SD pricing if you give them the chance.
