        Healing Through Horses

        Our Vision is a equine therapeutic riding program dedicated to introduce children, or any other person with the desire to know the joy and values of one of God's most beautiful creations, "The Horse." It is our desire to educate the community and/or any interested party to the therapeutic value of horse and rider. Be it child or adult, we continue on with education in horsemanship and care of the horse at the level of understanding and physical ability of our riders. We here at saddles of Joy, Inc. acknowledge the level of success in simply putting the two together, horse and rider, with a positive result.

        Amenities
        During the week we offer therapeutic horseback riding and lessons for schools groups and private students. We host birthday parties with rides and petting farm! Come see us on Saturday Play Days for family friendly activities such as horseback riding, petting farm, learn about horses in our library and see old west reenactments performed by The Colorado River Riders, Inc. and food by Mad Tacos Diner! We have a training program that volunteers must complete. This is a very rewarding position. It is amazing to see the progress that the children make and how the horses really help them.
