My fiancee and I just recently discovered Ronnie's about a month and 1/2 ago. So far we've tried their 3-cheese pizza (provolone, parmesan, mozzarella), a custom pizza (onion, ham, sausage), Philly cheese steak, pizza steak. Prices are comparable with franchises like Pizza Hut.
The sauce is sweet/tangy, the dough can be a little chewy but is good, and the quality of the toppings is good from what we've had so far. (They have an online menu at ronniespizzayuma. com)
My only real complaint with Ronnie's is against the pizza boxes. They don't use round cardboard stabilizers like most pizza shops do, so the box can easily bend (the last time we got pizza I almost dropped it because of this), so just keep an extra hand on it!
I won't say this is the best pizza I ever had (I grew up near Chicago, and you can't really compete with that), but it is the best pizza I've had in Yuma.
LOVE this place! I was a regular customer - and it's 'was' only because I've been on a gluten free diet. If you've never been to Ronnie's - be aware this is a neighborhood type place - which I believe started with focus on providing enough seating for folks to enjoy a libation or two waiting for an order to go - which has evolved to those who prefer to eat on premises. To best of my memory service has been gr8 - and I tremendously enjoyed pizza and pasta dishes. Best of all - they are LOCALLY owned. I predict I will cheat on my diet in the very near future!
