Greyhound Bus Lines

We got round trip tickets to Texas. We wanted to go home for the holidays. Our ticket says that the bus departs at 3:45 its 4:21 and my husband && I plus other people as well are still waiting, let me remind you that its cold and there are no places that are open or warm. I don't even think we're gonna make it home for holidays. The only thing keeping me here waiting is for the hope that i will get to see my mom and siblings soon. We shouldn't have to wait this long. Especially with this weather.

Went on line to purchase a ticket and found out that my Mom would have to pay an additional $18.00 "Gift Fee" which is just stupid..so I called the office and was told to come to the station ...well, got there at 2:00pm and the place was closed...never was told that it closes at 12:30pm...the website said the hours were 8 - 5.. I am now looking for any alternative services.
