        Great Doctors, Not So Great Office

        Yuma Pediatric has great doctors who are wonderful with my children, but I have seen a HUGE decline in the efficacy of the office as a whole. My son’s shot record was incomplete (even though he has had ALL of his shots) and was not reported correctly on the state database. I have been billed incorrectly and have had the office staff tell me I haven’t paid even though I had proof that I indeed had paid. A friend of mine has had her daughter receive the wrong shots and have to come back for a second set. Don’t get me wrong…the doctors are the TOP of the line…but as a whole, the organization of the office isn’t what it should be for an office that size!
