Yuma PRO Pool Service

I was surprised to read negative reviews of this company. B and B Pool Service has been maintaining my pool for ten years and I have never had a problem. Indeed, they have gone over and above maintaining my pool alerting me when maintenance of the equipment needs to be done, etc.
Since I am a snowbird, my home is closed up for many months a year. It was due to the vigilance of the technician that a major robbery was prevented. He observed curtains were open that had previously been closed and called Penny that he thought something was wrong. The sheriff was alerted and found the robbers were ready to steal my car (a brand new Honda Pilot) and had already loaded up with smaller items. Thanks to the tech the robbers were arrested. .

I have had service with B & B for about 12 months. I’ve had nothing but issue upon issue with them (I.E. not cleaning pool as scheduled / improper use of chemicals / and charging for labor and repairs not performed. I called to make made a complaint and was met with both sarcasm and indifference from the owner. She seems to care nothing of the quality of service she provides but does care greatly about getting her money. What ever happened to performing the service you are being payed to perform?. After no progress was made I changed service to crystal clear and have been quite impressed as of yet. I agree with the person above as I would not recommend them to a person I hated as well. So if you have a pool and want a good headache contact this company you are guaranteed to be pleased….

We had a horrible experience with a local pol service, and we switched to B&B pool service. Since a couple of problems, but able to be worked out between myself and owner of company. So far the service has been OK.
