TOM O. Country Club RV Yuma AZ was very nice.When we went to look at a trailer. We'll get you one at the right price. Everything was fine until we got our 2018 trailer. We found things like the roof bubbled, air condiction leak, no paper on TV. Screen door with a gap.It took over a month for someone to show me how to work the TV. The screen door still has a gap for bugs to get in. We contacted warranty service, in Oregon. The fellow said,he was not contacted by Country Club RV Yuma AZ.After we purchased the trailer, we were dropped off . I don't recommend any purchase threw Country Club RV AZ.
Been buying from Al's since Nov. 2017 they have been ok had a small drip on my black tank needed something to repair it. 1 package didn't do the job resin set up before I could finish 5min. Work time no way and fiber glass matting it came with fell apart and blew away. I went and purchased a 2nd to get it done it did the same thing so I called them to get a refund they to me to call the manufacturer they couldn't do anything about it. I Don't recommend this business there just in it for the money not the customer as well.
We had a problem with our RV water heater and called Martin to take a look at it. He arrived within a couple of hours quickly diagnosed the problem and completed a simple but effective repair saving us a lot of money. Martin is the guy you hope you get when you call for RV repair! My problem turned out to be a fried Progressive EMS. A call to tech support at Progressive confirmed that the EMS was under warranty and would be replaced. Martin then did a work around so that I would have electricity in the meantime. When the new EMS finally arrived on a Friday afternoon, Martin came to install it on Saturday morning. An issue on Progressive’s end required another call to 24/7 tech support, however no one was available and I had to leave a voice mail. Martin had had the foresight to take a photo of the installed EMS so when tech support finally called him (approximately an hour later), he was able to talk to the Progressive tech about the adjustment required while seeing exactly where it needed to be made. When he returned, the calibration was done quickly and the unit began working! I’d like to note that the need for calibration did not appear in the installation instructions. I can’t say enough good things about Martin. He is responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, fair, and a genuinely nice guy - plus my install looks much better than the original! I have already recommended him to the Lazy Daze Owners group, and wanted to add my review to help others that may find themselves in need of RV repair in Yuma.
Watch out for this place. No refunds on electronics even if not opened. Prices are high, I won't be back.
I had Martin mobile RV service check my charging system. Found that I needed a new charging unit. Took old charger out and installed a new one, which he had with him. No wait time. Had it all done in a half hour. Was happy with his work.
Great service and showed up on time! Complete professional and courteous. Repaired my furnace in less than 30 minutes and very happy with the price. Highly recommend Martin's

Had an air conditioner issue. Martin came within an hour an diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered on a Thursday arrived on a Friday and Martin installed on that Saturday morning. Fast reliable service.Thanks Martin
I want to start by saying that working with John and all of the staff over at Country Club Motors and RV was a refreshing experience. They were professional and very friendly from the start to the end. Their wide selection of inventory and willingness to listen to what we were looking for and what we needed made the whole process so easy. We had been in the market for a few months when we went to Country Club, they took there time and listened to what we had to say and found us the unit we really wanted an experience like no other that we have had. They made the buying process so easy. We took our new Georgetown on its maiden voyage two weeks ago and could not have been happier. I more then recommend I encourage anyone in the market for an RV to see what Country Club has to off. You will not regret it.
